Investor Relations

VISICU is a healthcare information technology and clinical solutions company focused on transforming the delivery of hospital-based critical care through its patented eICUĀ® Critical Care Program. The eICUĀ® Program is an advanced remote monitoring system for intensive care units that allows hospitals to help improve patient treatment outcomes by leveraging scarce critical care trained staff to monitor patients in intensive care units more frequently and to intervene earlier to prevent or manage crises.

VISICU was founded in March 1998 by two Johns Hopkins Hospital intensivists determined to improve patient care in the ICU. Headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, VISICU trades on the Nasdaq National Stock Exchange under the symbol EICU.
